Our Veterinarians

Here at Perrin-410, we pride ourselves on our highly trained, superior veterinary staff. Each of our doctors is state-licensed, and collectively, our doctors have multiple certifications and specialized areas of expertise.  Our vets are exceptional diagnosticians, individually trained to utilize the state-of-the-art technology and equipment we boast at our facility to ensure that both you and your pet receive the utmost attention and care. Each of our veterinarians is dedicated to helping you, as the pet owner, to best understand your pet’s prognosis and to best maintain your pet’s everyday health.


Dr. Stuckey was raised on a cattle and horse ranch near Monahans, TX. He attended Texas A&M, where he graduated with a degree in Animal Husbandry in 1963, Veterinary Science in 1969, and received his DVM in 1970.

Dr. Stuckey helped found Perrin-410 Animal Hospital in 1986 at its current location.  He has utilized his ideals for progress and innovation to create an unparalleled hospital specializing in top-quality animal care. His passion to serve the people and pets of the San Antonio area with the “Best Care Anywhere” has always been the driving force in building and maintaining Perrin-410 Animal Hospital and will continue to shape its promising potential in the future. Dr. Stuckey is one of the only veterinarians in the San Antonio area with extensive professional success and expertise in cosmetic ear-cropping procedures.

Dr. Stuckey’s four children and their families now reside in the Central Texas Area and are very active in their local communities.  Besides operating the veterinary practice, Dr. Stuckey also has cattle, horses, and goats on a small ranching operation in Kingsbury, TX.

Dr.Thomas A. Ramsey

Dr. Ramsey has been a member of the Perrin-410 team since May of 1993.  Dr. Ramsey is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, with a special interest in orthopedic surgery; he is a board-certified acupuncturist, and has most recently added stem cell therapy to his medical repertoire. He has an A.A.S. from the Marion Military Institute and is a graduate of Texas A & M University where he obtained his B.S. in Veterinary Medicine in 1982 and his DVM in 1984.  He married his better half, Sally, in 1984.  His hobbies include competitive cycling, snow skiing, and fly fishing.

Dr. Christopher Trust

After graduating with his DVM in 2012, Dr. Trust started practicing small animal/exotic medicine in New Jersey, where he was born and raised. In September 2014, he joined the Perrin-410 team and moved to San Antonio with his wife, who is also a veterinarian.

He enjoys cooking, working on his car, and playing ice hockey. He aims to continue to develop his professional interests in ultrasound and echo cardiology here at Perrin-410.

Dr. Erik Montelongo

Dr. Montelongo joined the Perrin-410 team in July of 2016.  Originally from Iowa, he graduated with his DVM from Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine, and has now made San Antonio, Tx his home. 

In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, including soccer and disk golf. His passion for animals and unique veterinary skills has made him an invaluable asset to our team.

Dr. Dana Lembke

Dr. Lembke joined the Perrin-410 family in August 2017 from Iowa State University of Veterinary Medicine. Her passion for dentisty and emergency medicine has made her a wonderful addition to the team.

In her spare time, Dr. Lembke enjoys being outdoors, hiking and kayaking and is thrilled to partake in all San Antonio has to offer. She shares her home with a Standard Poodle named Reese and cat named Roscoe.

Dr. Greeshma Hegde 

Dr. Hegde joined the Perrin-410 family in 2018 from St. George’s University. She spent much of her time in school participating in exchange programs with nearby countries. Her drive for internal medicine and orthopedics has made her a wonderful addition to the our clients and their pets.

In her spare time, Dr. Hegde enjoys painting, writing poetry and exploring the Texas outdoors with her dog, Phoebe, a rescue from Caribbean.
