Practice Manager: Damien Ivory
Damien has worked with Perrin-410 Animal Hospital since 2001. His experience in the animal industry includes years working as a technician before advancing to several other positions and eventually becoming the Practice Manager. Damien is originally from Shreveport, LA and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UTSA. He shares his home with 2 dogs including a Chihuahua named Pepe and a Pitbull mix named Snowball. In his spare time, Damien enjoys coaching youth sports and cooking for friends and family.
Team Development Director: Dana Rios
Dana has been a member of the Perrin-410 team since 2003. Originally from Colorado, she has called San Antonio, Tx her home since 1993. She shares her home with her husband and young daughter as well as many pets. She has a pitbull named Boomer, three cats named Ruby, Moxie, and Roxie, as well as two horses, Aramis, a Missouri Foxtrotter, and Einstein, a miniature horse. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, horseback riding, camping, and reading.
Inventory Specialist: Stacey Hite
Stacey joined the Perrin-410 team in 1997. She is the Inventory Specialist as well as a Level-2 CVA technician with a passion for giving pets–and clients–the best possible care. She lives with her son, Joe, one dog and two cats. She is kindhearted and known to foster animals in need until they are old enough or healthy enough to find good homes. Stacey’s good humor and spirit of leadership are everyday assets to the Perrin-410 team.
Office Manager: Amy Garcia
Amy is a native to Poteet and has been with Perrin-410 since 2006. She lives with her husband, Josh and 3 wonderful children, Kylie, Kaci and Ethan. Amy also has 3 Weimaraners, Ash, Jolee and Bailey and 1 cat, Franklin. Amy is a constant joy to be around and always has a smile on her face, making her a wonderful team member to be around. In her spare time, Amy loves to go hiking and camping. She also spends much of her free time attending her children’s sport events including, volleyball, softball, basketball and track. Amy and her family are also active in FFA (Future Farmers of America) and they raise pigs for stockshow.
Business Development Manager: Krystina Boozer
Krystina joined the Perrin-410 team in 2017 and has an extensive background in the animal industry. Some of her past employers include Petsmart, Board and Train Kennels and Animal Care Services. She received her MBA in 2016 and has become a valuable asset to the Management Team. In her spare time, Krystina enjoys training and competing in a variety of dog sports, biking, and hiking. She is also a published author and when not training or with her family, you can find her hard at work on her next book. Krystina has 2 cats named Phoebe and River and 3 dogs, 2 Australian Shepherds, Phoenix and Gryphon, and 1 German Shepherd named Zyvah.
Our Client Services Team
Amber joined the Perrin-410 team in March 2014. As a military kid, she moved all over the states before graduating with a degree in Animal Science from Angelo State University. She now lives with her new husband, Michael, and their 5 kitties, Echo, Shadow, Anastasia, Cueball, and Mkaa, and two dogs, a German Shepherd named Simba, and a Labrador mix named Castiel or “Cass” for short.
Rebecca joined the Perrin-410 team in 2015. She was born in Del Rio, TX and has lived in San Antonio since she was a child. She has 2 sons, Braxton and Michael, who she loves watching play baseball with the Windcrest Reds and 1 daughter, Trinity. She has one dog, a 10 year old mix breed and a chihuahua mix named Red.
Laela joined the Perrin-410 team in April of 2016. She is originally from the small town of Beeville, Tx but has called San Antonio home for the past 5 years. Though she is new to the animal industry, she has had a love for animals her whole life and currently has a calico cat named Nymphandora. She is currently working on her degree in nursing at North West Vista College. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watch movies, going to concerts, playing soccer, baking, and cosplay.
Maria came to San Antonio over 15 years ago from North Carolina. Maria has over 4 years of experience in the veterinary field and is known as a bright ray of sunshine here at Perrin-410. When she’s not making everyone smile here, Maria enjoys spending time with her kids, her wonderful fiance and praying.
Rogina is originally from Cody, Wyoming but grew up in San Antonio. She joined our team in 2017 and has quickly become an invaluable member of our CSR team. Rogina is a proud mother to one son, Joseph, whom she spends all her free time with, watching sports and playing Xbox with. She also is a mother to an adorable, yet rambunctious husky named Charlie.
Anna grew up in the military and was born overseas in Holland but has lived in San Antonio for most of her life. She has been working in the animal field since 2016 and joined our team in 2017. She has a full but loving home with 4 dogs (Bear, Buddy, Lady Bug, and Toto) and 3 cats (Leo, Jinx, and Loki Freezer). When she’s not at the hospital, Anna loves to hang out with her friends, catch up on her reading, watch movies and do arts and crafts with her boyfriend.
Leonor has called San Antonio home for 2 years now but was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. It was her very first job at the Dallas Zoo in 2009 that made her fall in love with the animal field and she hasn’t looked back since. She shares her home with her whippet/lab/pit mix, Archer and her boyfriend, Rico. When Leonor is not at Perrin-410 brightening up the lobby with her smile, she is spending her time with family and taking photos of her boys.
Our Technician Team
Kurt has been a team member of Perrin-410 since 1998. With over 15 years experience in the veterinary field and a Level-2 Certified Veterinary Technician, Kurt is a highly skilled, hard-working, and reliable part of our team. He was born and raised in San Antonio and has two sons. He enjoys working on his car, drawing, playing electric and acoustic guitar, and other artistic endeavors as well as spending time with his kids. Kurt’s favorite quote is, “In life, the simplest things are often the best things.”
Abby joined the Perrin-410 in May 2008. Beginning as a part of our kennel team, then progressing to a tech assistant, Abby is now a highly skilled, Level-2 CVA technician. Abby graduated with her Associates in Pre-Nursing and plans to continue into nursing school in 2017. Her sweet nature, dedication to her work, and sincere desire to help people and their pets makes her an invaluable part of our team! When not working, Abby is always busy taking care of her 4 beautiful girls and spending time with her husband Daniel. She enjoys going biking with her family and going to local parks. She is also the mother to 6 dogs, Rockey, Grizzly, Monkey, Sofie (Chihuahuas), Chula (Pitbull), Tosh (Yorkie) and 2 cats, Tom and Figaro.
Jessica has been with the Perrin-410 team since 2002. She is a Level-1 CVA technician with plans to finish her degree in English at UTSA. She has three pets, Bean, Kitty, and Dexter. Originally from Clarksville in east Texas, Jessica is a long way from home, but stays close with her family.
Shanita became a Perrin-410 team member in July 2013. Originally from Ohio, she has recently graduated from Palo Alto Community College and is now a licensed veterinary technician. After she graduating in May 2016, she been accepted to Texas A&M University where she will study to become a veterinarian with the class of 2020. She lives with her chocolate lab, Angel and enjoys swimming, dancing, and taking Angel for walks.
Brian has been with Perrin-410 since September 2008. He is married and lives with his wife and five dogs, Oscar, Honey, Chiara, Lucy, and Luna, here in San Antonio. He is currently attending UTSA for a degree in business management. He is very passionate and caring for all animals and wants to help them the best way he can. His motto is, “It’s not who you are but what you do that defines you.”
Chelsy has called San Antonio home for almost 6 years. She started working in the animal industry in 2012 and never looked back. She has her CVA and her B.S Biology from Virginia Tech. She has been married for 4 years and calls her 3 cats, Jewel, Clio, Io and her Cockapoo, Jezzy, her fur babies. When not at work, Chelsy enjoys sewing, cuddling with her cats and spending time her husband.
Torie came to San Antonio from a small town near St Louis Illinois in 2016. She graduated in 2015 with her LVT and Bachelors in Agriculture and Vet Technology from Murray State University. She has been married for over a year and calls her 2 dogs, Sadie (Beagle/Dachshund), Camille (Mixed) and 3 sugar gliders, Freya, Loki and Vali – her fur kids. In her spare time, Torie sews pet clothes, designs sugar glider cage sets, training dogs and cooking!
De’Andrea has been with Perrin-410 since 2012 and is native to San Antonio. She is currently attending Texas State University, majoring in Wildlife Biology and working towards Vet School. She has 5 dogs, Theodore (Husky), Barry (Ridgeback), Scrappy, Bruce and Dez (ShihTzu/Yorkie). In her spare time, De’Andrea enjoys music festivals, hiking, photography and traveling.
Our Kennel Team
Ashlynn started with Perrin-410 in 2016 and is originally from Seguin. She started working in the animal field in high school and is currently taking courses in Animal Science, Livestock Production and Wildlife Management in college. She is the proud owner of 2 dogs, Snoopy (mixed) and Layla (Chihuahua). When not working, Ashlynn enjoys spending time with friends, lounging on the river/lake, attending concerts and going to dance halls.
Jordyn, originally from Ohio and Northern Kentucky, has been in San Antonio for over 9 years. She joined our team in 2017 and is the mother of 3 adorable dogs (Major, Dutch, and Maizon). In her free time, Jordyn loves to eat new things, go shopping, read a lot, and catch up on sleep.
Daniel was originally born in Germany but has called San Antonio home for many years now. He has always loved animals but at the current moment does not have any pets. Daniel has an associates degree and joined our team in 2017. In his free time, he enjoys reading, gaming, and watching Netflix.
