Appointment Policy

Your pet’s health concerns are very important to us, and we work hard to accommodate each of our clients with convenience and to treat each of their concerns and problems with attention and care.

For routine appointments, please call to schedule a time to come in and see one of our doctors.  Walk-ins are always welcome, but scheduled appointments will be honored first.

We strive to see every patient and client in a timely manner, however, emergency cases will always receive top priority, and we ask that you be patient with our occasional delay.  Please feel free to plug in your laptop, read a magazine, chat with us about your pet, or play on our provided iPads and try to enjoy the break in your day!

Payment Policy

Full payment is expected and due at the time of the completion of services for your pet by Perrin-410 Animal Hospital.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash, and personal checks as forms of payment.

We do not offer individual payment plans. If you need financial assistance in treating your pet, please consider applying for Care Credit at CareCredit.com or contact one of the financial assistance agencies for pet care in our area.

For your convenience, estimates for the cost of your visit are available; please ask one of our staff members during your appointment for more information.
